Self-Contained Storage Silo

At White Star Fabricators, we engineer custom silos tailored for specialized industrial systems. This project involved fabricating a self-contained storage silo for powdered activated carbon, used in wastewater treatment. The 12-foot-diameter, 48-foot-tall tank provided a 2,750-cubic-foot capacity and was constructed from A36 carbon steel, featuring stainless steel and aluminum components for durability. After final assembly and inspection, the unit was shipped and installed in Tennessee.
