This project involved the complete fabrication and installation of a sand plant exhaust duct network for facilities across Alabama, Texas, and Illinois — showcasing our expertise in precision metalwork, large-scale coordination, and high-temperature airflow systems.

The featured system was commissioned by a sand processing plant in Voca, Texas, requiring replacement and expansion of its existing dust and exhaust system. Our team provided a multi-floor ductwork layout, connecting equipment from the main baghouse through multiple production workstations — ensuring consistent airflow, temperature control, and operational safety.
