Design, Fabrication & Finishing

Our design engineers create detailed CAD and 3D shop drawings for review and approval before fabrication begins. Once confirmed, we move to cutting and forming using our CNC plasma tables and hydraulic press systems — ensuring accuracy in every part.

We also provide in-house finishing, including industrial coatings and corrosion-resistant paints, applied in our 1,300 sq-ft paint booth for maximum durability. After assembly, our QA team verifies every weld, fit, and finish before shipment.
