At White Star Fabricators, we specialize in manufacturing durable custom steel hoppers designed to meet exact client specifications. For this project, we produced two types of TAH ash hoppers from A36 carbon steel plate as part of a larger material handling assembly. During fabrication, our team identified missing weld details in the client’s initial design and provided quick, effective revisions for approval — ensuring structural precision and timely delivery. Despite a tight one-month schedule, both sets of hoppers were fabricated, assembled, and shipped ahead of deadline, meeting all industrial performance requirements.
